Registration Cancellation by Participant
We are a very small operation dependent upon registrations to meet our expenses for the events we host. In light of that, the deadline to receive a refund is 14 business days before an event. You may gift or sell your registration to another participant, but we would like to be notified of their information ASAP. If space is available, registration may be transferred to another event in 2014.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee. Refunds will be issued by check.
